Join us for a night of decadence, with delights from across Japan and closer to home Northumberland.
Masayo will be joining us from World Sake Imports and taking us on a journey around Japan serving the sake with cheese from the local area. Masayo will help you to explore the main styles and types of sake through sight, smell and taste to develop an understanding of the key factors affecting flavours and aromas. There will be a tasting of 5 different sakes with Masayo explaining the different styles and pairing them with local specialty cheese from Northumberland
